It's good to eliminate bad habits. And eliminate them completely. Examples: Alcohol consumption. Soda drinking. Flesh eating. TV watching. And spouse cheating. These are just a few behaviors I'd consider less than desirable. And downright toxic to your long term health. If you're addicted to ANY of these? Don't try to wean yourself off them slowly. Drop them now! And: Fear NOT their detox symptoms. Which will appear. Just as sure as if you were quitting a hard-core drug addiction.
Should you survive your recovery symptoms. And: Begin living a life full of GOOD habits. Pure water drinking, plant eating, book reading, building honest relationships, and the like. You'll become one heck of a powerful new being. You'll build a physical - even a spiritual strength - that's unmatched by 9 of 10 folks you'll meet.
Plus, I wager...
You'll forge a self-esteem so high. That you'll live in a place where good habits are the norm. And bad ones are but a rumor. Which is why I say: Quit bad habits. Quit them NOW. Replace them with good ones. NOT long, drawn-out half-hearted measures. Great health, forthcoming...
